Sam Schenkel, CPM, CCIM, has been in commercial real estate for over 25 years. His roots trace back to working with his family in commercial construction during his high school and college years. He began his real estate career managing commercial office building tenant construction projects in conjunction with their office leasing program. In 1992, Sam joined a local commercial real estate firm spending 22 years in property management, development, and brokerage services. During this time, Sam gained valuable experience in all facets of the commercial real estate business. This included a dynamic property management portfolio of large shopping centers, healthcare campus facilities, multi-story office buildings, and industrial parks. His development experience also provided a platform for several design-build/leaseback projects for healthcare and retail clients. Sam has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations, along with membership in numerous professional groups and associations.
Sam’s responsibilities include running the day-to-day operations of NAI Harding Dahm along with overseeing the development of market goals, streamlining of operations, and the development and execution of strategic initiatives across all business lines.
We look forward to continued success through Sam’s combination of diverse experiences and skills, an in-depth understanding of all aspects of the commercial real estate business, and a hardworking, dedicated level of leadership and service.
